CSS is a technology company based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. We provide AI solutions, Odoo ERP, web solutions and digital identity products. In this policy, "CSS", "we" and "us" mean Compute Systems & Solutions (CSS) Sdn. Bhd., and "our services" means this website (css-sarawak.com) and our WhatsApp customer support.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and your message.
• WhatsApp: your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the messages you send us.
• Email and phone: any details you share when you write or call us.

Please do not share passwords, bank details or identity card numbers with us in any message.

We may also receive basic technical data when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our web host may record this in routine server logs.

Replies may be written by AI

When you message CSS on WhatsApp, the first reply may be written by an AI assistant that answers using information about our company. It does not make decisions about quotes, orders or complaints. Those are passed to our team, and a member of our team may read your messages and follow up with you personally.

Trusted service providers only

To run our services, we use providers who handle data on our behalf, including our web hosting and email providers, Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), a workflow automation provider, an AI language model provider, and a messaging tool that alerts our team. Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia. We share only what is needed for them to do their job.

Our website also loads third-party content, such as Google Fonts and Google Maps, and links to external sites such as xcard.my for Digital Identity products. These have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Only as long as needed

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, deliver our services and keep proper business records. After that, we delete or anonymise it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
